Ralph Waldo Emerson, who liked his two cups of coffee in the morning with his pie, wrote in his journal "Coffee is good for talent, but genius wants prayer." Though coffee doesn't come out too well in this quote (talent was not particularly a great virtue for Emerson,) most days I feel I need both just to rise to the level of mediocrity! Blessings

Well this blog is hardly mediocre, and believe me I am very familiar with U*U mediocrity, so what *do* you do to rise above the level of mediocrity Boston Unitarian?
